Abstract
For businesses to maintain a competitive edge in the digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) and reciprocal symmetry must be strategically aligned. This study explores how reciprocal symmetry can be fostered by strategic alignment of AI activities, resulting in increased innovation, efficiency, and resilience inside enterprises. The principal aim is to investigate how AI and reciprocal symmetry might be strategically aligned to attain a lasting competitive advantage. The study examines existing approaches, difficulties, and frameworks for integrating AI. Utilizing a secondary data-based review methodology, research articles, case studies, and current literature on AI integration, reciprocal symmetry, and competitive advantage were synthesized. According to the survey, reciprocal symmetry improves organizational resilience and encourages cooperative decision-making, while strategic alignment of AI spurs creativity and efficiency. Building trust and transparency in AI-driven enterprises requires ethical AI governance. The paper highlights essential policy implications for addressing skill shortages, boosting AI education, and supporting ethical AI governance frameworks.
