Abstract

Optimizing customer engagement in the rapidly evolving digital landscape has become a critical priority for businesses across industries. This comparative study explores strategic frameworks for enhancing digital customer engagement and provides insights into their effectiveness, applicability, and implications for companies and policymakers. The study's main objectives include comparing and analyzing various strategic frameworks for optimizing customer engagement in the digital era, evaluating the effectiveness and adaptability of these frameworks across different industries, and identifying key findings and implications for businesses and policymakers seeking to enhance digital customer engagement strategies. The study adopts a secondary data-based review methodology, analyzing existing literature, industry reports, and academic research to compare and evaluate strategic frameworks. Significant findings highlight the importance of adopting a holistic approach, leveraging data-driven insights, fostering collaboration and co-creation, and embracing emerging technologies in digital customer engagement strategies. Policy implications include recommendations for policymakers to promote responsible and ethical practices in digital customer engagement, including guidelines for data privacy, consumer education initiatives, and support for industry collaboration and innovation. The study helps organizations and policymakers navigate digital complexity with valuable insights and recommendations.
