Abstract

LeOra Software PoloPlus is a set of software that enables us to conduct probit or logit regression analysis on quantal response bioassays. These analyses can be performed on quantitative data. Researchers and students who need to examine data from trials involving insecticides, pesticides, medicines, vaccinations, and other compounds that influence living organisms will find this tool helpful. This article will demonstrate how to install and operate the LeOra Software PoloPlus program for your statistical analysis. In addition, some useful hints and suggestions for getting the most out of this software will be provided by the research.
